All of our ex pound dogs are fully assessed, spayed, vaccinated, wormed, microchipped and de-flead before they are placed into a foster home. Sometimes, when it is not possible to spay or neuter a dog due to medical reasons, we ask that a foster home will provide after neuter operation care. Although we like to keep dogs in foster homes close to us – we are based near Yeovil in Lincs, – we take dogs from pounds all over the UK, so some of them may be in emergency boarding kennels in different areas. This means you don’t necessarily need to be living in the south west.
All costs are covered by us. We don’t ask for any financial contribution towards vet, food, or general care costs, unless a foster carer would like to contribute.
